Accessibility Statement

CD Restoration Services wants this website to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, screen magnifiers, or other assistive technology. We test the site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA conformance level.

What We Did

• Every image has alt text describing what it shows.
• Every interactive element (buttons, links, form fields) is reachable with the keyboard alone.
• Color contrast meets or exceeds the WCAG AA threshold for body text.
• Headings are in a logical reading order so screen readers can navigate by heading level.
• The mobile call-to-action stays out of the way of the rest of the page and uses descriptive text.
• The site does not auto-play audio or video.

What May Not Be Perfect

Accessibility is a moving target. We update the site regularly. If a recent change introduced a problem, we want to know about it. Specifically, if any of these things happen to you on our site, please tell us:

• You cannot get to information using a keyboard or screen reader.
• Color contrast is too low for you to read comfortably.
• An image is missing meaningful alt text.
• A form field is not labeled in a way your assistive technology can announce.
• Anything else that gets in the way of finding what you need.

If you want to report a website accessibility issue specifically (so we can fix it for everyone), tell us:

• The page URL where the problem happened.
• What you were trying to do.
• What assistive technology you were using (if any).
• What happened.

We aim to acknowledge the report within two business days and fix critical issues within ten business days where reasonably possible.

Ongoing Improvement

We test new pages before they go live. We also revisit older pages periodically as the WCAG guidelines and assistive-technology landscape evolve. If you have suggestions, we are open to hearing them.
